BAL presents Whenever Wherever Festival (WWFes) bridging body-based arts from different disciplines with various programs proposed and conducted by artists. These programs include experimental laboratories, workshops, performances, installations, and round table discussions that illuminate process-oriented practices.
 The festival expands possibilities and perspectives within the performing arts in Japan by creating unique exchange programs where artists from different disciplines or generations can meet and interact.
